Who Is Dawn Richerson?

I am a spiritual business mentor and marketing specialist. I’m an author, artist and awakening soul. Many know me as a coach, change agent and champion of creative revolutions.

Some have called me the “small business medicine woman” because of my work with soul-inspired entrepreneurs who want to transform their businesses and align them with the owner’s life purpose or soul calling.  That’s where the logo to the left originated. The “MW” stands for medicine woman, and the butterfly represents transformation. I sometimes use this as signature mark.

Perhaps, most of all, I am a fellow seeker blessed to live in the here and now and an explorer of the way. Creative Revolutions Inc. is the marketing communications company I founded back in 1997. Today, I continue to work with select nonprofit organizations to achieve marketing communications for a change, and Creative Revolutions has expanded its mission to serve as the umbrella for the various facets of my work.

I now frequently use my expertise in marketing and communication to assist entrepreneurs on a spiritual business path. I am known for my ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution for revolutionary results. This background is enormously valuable to my current clients who want to build a business around their life purpose and successfully market that business.

In my current work, I bring together diverse interests in personal growth, spirituality, creativity, healing & growth, nature, marketing, publishing, strategic planning, idea generation, writing and art to help entrepreneurs and small business owners to:

• open heart, mind and soul, removing blocks to forward flow in life and work,
• clear a space for healing and growth that releases unnecessary baggage and propels them to unprecedented success, and
• tap into endless energy reserves and draw upon intuitive knowledge to create businesses naturally aligned with their soul’s calling.

Through innovative programs, products and direct work with clients, I help soul-inspired business owners to:

1.  Access their inner wisdom and use it to clarify their vision, core offering and business path,

2.  Integrate spiritual principles with solid business and marketing practice,

3.  Transform their businesses (and often their lives) by weaving threads of painful life and business experience together to bring forth a unified offering characterized by healing, heart and harmony.

Who Do You Work With?

Often, though not always, my clients — and those attracted to the Spiritual Business Path community – have experienced a dark night of the soul, which can range from significant or sudden loss (of a partner, a job or a home, for example), to deep and prolonged spiritual crisis. Some clients have faced what seemed to be insurmountable challenges after encountering a physical, mental or emotional dis-ease. Others have found themselves cut out of the life they knew, not knowing how to begin again. Many have only recently come to awaken to a deep longing for something more in their lives and businesses and are looking for greater clarity, focus and direction.
